Just left there… customer no service! I sat at the stop sign waiting for at least 20 minutes. I could see that there were 2 cars in the bay to be tested. One was a truck and the other was a car that car left the operator put the cone at that bay, which meant that there was only gonna be one way open that truck have been sitting there for I don’t know how long so I don’t know what the what it was but this is now three something and it was about 3 o’clock when I arrived. Nobody came to say hey be with you in a few minutes. Nothing I will not be back. It’s just something I don’t know. You know people take your time for granite like you got all damn day and you don’t so no I will not be going back. !

Be careful going to this location. I paid with a card that I have not physically used until yesterday at this Dekra and today I have 2 fraudulant charges on my account from playstation store. I hate to think the young man who did my emissions inspection stole my card information but this was the only and last place I have physically used this card and I did hand him the card for him to swipe it instead of swiping it myself. Sad you cant trust many people these days.

Great guys but they should not sell windshield wipers. The one guy doning emisions is putting on blades to a guy that drove up and there are over six cars waiting to get emtions done. Wasted time.

The technician was nice but needs to move a bit faster. The wait for only 2 cars was beyond thirty minutes even though we were in line 10 minutes before opening.
